The surface is carefully leveled with a gentle slope of approximately one percent to facilitate effective drainage, especially for outdoor courts. Wherever possible, the court is oriented in a north–south direction to minimize sun glare. Excavation and compaction of the sub-grade are carried out thoroughly to create a stable foundation capable of withstanding long-term use.

The base construction forms the backbone of the court and directly impacts performance and lifespan. A compacted granular sub-base is laid first, followed by a strong RCC, WMM, or asphalt layer depending on site conditions and usage requirements. This structured base ensures excellent load-bearing capacity, surface uniformity, and resistance to cracks and settlement over time.

For the playing surface, we apply a premium acrylic sports flooring system specially developed for Pickleball. The acrylic coating provides an anti-skid, weather-resistant finish with consistent ball bounce and player comfort. Optional cushioned layers can be added to enhance shock absorption and reduce player fatigue. Multiple color combinations are available, allowing the court to be customized while maintaining high visibility and professional aesthetics.

Court line markings are completed using high-quality textured paint with a standard line width of two inches. Each marking, including baselines, sidelines, centerlines, service courts, and the non-volley zone, is laid out accurately to ensure clear visibility and adherence to regulation dimensions. Precision in line marking is critical for fair play and tournament readiness.

The Pickleball net system is installed as per regulation standards, with durable posts and proper tensioning to maintain the correct height across the court. Depending on the client’s needs, we offer both permanent and portable net systems, making the court suitable for dedicated or multi-purpose sports use.

For outdoor courts, an efficient drainage system is integrated into the design to prevent water accumulation and surface damage. Proper slope management and peripheral drainage channels help protect the acrylic surface, reduce maintenance requirements, and extend the life of the court. Additional enhancements such as LED sports lighting, fencing, seating, and wind screens can also be incorporated to improve functionality and player comfort.
